Assist the Training Team to schedule training sessions which will minimize disruption to normal work, while ensuring that team members achieve the levels of skill necessary for their jobs.Present training material using appropriate program, including, but not limited to: classroom learning, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching, and online learning.Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.This position also collaborates with the Training Curriculum Developer to ensure training materials are appropriate and effective.
The Trainer conducts learning curriculum through various training techniques, creates a positive learning environment, communicates objectives clearly, and encourages and motivates trainees. The Trainer is responsible for conveying the knowledge and skills to a company's workforce through presenting training programs, and training aids.
