With his extensive experience and management know-how, Alfredo shined in his role as Food and Beverage Manager, overseeing the personnel that makes 'food and beverage' happen throughout the resort.
Now, he's Thunder Valley's Director of Food and Beverage. Originally hired on as an Executive Steward, he brought hospitality skills learned from working for several casinos in Las Vegas. Alfredo's a Thunder Valley rock star! He’s been a team member since 2003, before the doors officially opened.
